Hydraulic excavator electrical system
The electrical system of a hydraulic excavator includes start-up circuits, power generation circuits, lighting, instruments, and control circuits composed of sensors, pressure switches, and solenoid valves, as well as auxiliary circuits (such as air conditioners, radios, etc.). The starting motor is divided into 12V and 24V according to the matched host, and the starting power is 3kW, 3.7kW, 4.8kW, etc.
The power generation lines mainly include alternators, voltage regulators, charging indicators and start switches.
In order to ensure safety, high efficiency, energy saving and normal operation, the electrical system of the excavator is equipped with various signaling devices as needed, such as oil temperature alarm, charging indicator light, oil pressure alarm, turn signal light, etc., to warn the operator. In order to enable the operator to keep abreast of the operation of the machine, various instruments are installed in the cab, such as an oil pressure gauge, an oil temperature gauge, and a water temperature gauge. Modern imported excavators are equipped with advanced electronic control devices. This kind of equipment is convenient for maintenance personnel to timely and accurately determine the location of the fault and repair it in time when the excavator fails.
