1. Adjustment of the maximum flow rate of the main pump


1) Loosen the lock nut of the flow member.


2) Twist the flow scene adjustment butterfly bolt until the flow scene reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow halo adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, and the flow will decrease by about 13umin; turn the flow halo adjustment bolt 1/4 turn counterclockwise, and the flow will increase by about 13umin.


3) Tighten the flow lock nut with a tightening torque of IONm.


2. Adjustment of main pump flow scene


1) Loosen the flow lock nut.


2) Turn the Kangli adjusting bolt until Kangli meets the requirements.


3) When the system wipe force is within 14700-17700kPa Fan I, turn the flow view adjustment butterfly 1/4 turn clockwise, the flow halo increases by about 18 um, and the first-stage spring works at this time. When the system force is within 235 (X)  -343 (X) kPa range {f}, turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn clockwise, and the flow will increase by about 7 Umin. At this time, the first j? The level spring works.


4) If you turn the meteor adjustment bolt counterclockwise, the meteor will decrease the value of th.


5) Tighten the Liufan lock nut with a tightening torque of (12+3) Nm.


6) The adjustment methods of the main pump and hydraulic flow are the same.


  

3. Adjustment of back flow


1) Loosen the Liulu lock nut.


2) Twist the flow adjustment butterfly bolt until the flow reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 just clockwise, the wipe force in the system is 2500


At kPa, the flow view will decrease by about 4 Umin: turn the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 counterclockwise, and the flow view will increase by about 4 Umin.


3) Tighten the Liulu lock nut with a tightening torque of (12 + 3) N  m.
